The Galapagos Islands constitute one of the most complexes, diverse and unique oceanic archipelagos in the World that still maintains its ecosystems and biodivesity without great alterations. Its location and geographical isolation, as well as its biological wealth and the evolutionary processes reflected in its fauna and unique flora, have made them worthy of world recognition.

Short trip to visit the islands: Santa Cruz, Santa Fe and Isabela. A paradise awaits us where Charles Darwin was inspired by his work on “The Origin of Species”.

Itinerary

PARADISE GALAPAGOS 5 DAYS 
Day 1: Santa Cruz I. AM: Arrive to Baltra Airport
PM: Charles Darwin Station
Day 2: Santa Fe I. AM: Full snorkel or experiential fishing
PM: Escondida Beach
Day 3: Santa Cruz   Isabela I. AM: Highlands – Fast boat to Isabela I.
PM: Poza de Flamingos
Day 4: Isabela I. AM: Sierra Negra Volcano
PM: Tintoreras
Day 5: Santa Cruz AM: Gemelos – Baltra Airport

Itinerary Day by Day

Day 1

Arrive to Baltra Airport. After the Lunch.we visit the Charles Darwin Scientific Station. Dinner and accommodation

Day 2

After breakfast (8:00 am) you take a speed boat in order to travel to Santa Fe Island you can make snorkel to see: sea lions, marine turtles, sharks or experiential fishing. After de lunch you visit Escondida Beach. 16:00 travel back to Santa Cruz, dinner, accommodation.

Day 3

Breakfast (07:30 am). Visit the Highlands of  Santa Cruz to see giant tortoises in the natural life.  After de Lunch you take a speed boat to Isabela Island. Here we visit the Poza de Flamingos. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 4

Breakfast (07:30). Hiking to VOLCAN SIERRA NEGRA (the 2nd largest and most active volcano in the world, last eruption on 22nd octobre in 2005)), and VOLCAN CHICO, where you get a snack. After lunch You take a boat to ISLA TINTORERA where you can observe penguins, sharks, sea lions, and colorful fish. You also get the chance to snorkel at the beach. Return to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 5

Return to Santa Cruz. (fast boat at 06:00 am). Visit Los Gemelos (It is a place on the island where to find the Scalesia forest, endemic plant to this area). Transfer out to Baltra airport.
