1. If we do not receive any deposit to confirm the reservation, will not guarantee the reservation.
2. All cancellations must be sent by e-mail.
3. Penalty fees for cancellations will automatically be discounted from deposits.
- Cancellation 120 days prior departure of the cruise/trip: penalty of 40% per person
- Cancellation 119-61 days prior departure of the cruise/trip: penalty of 60% per person
- Cancellation 60 days prior departure of the cruise/trip: penalty of 100% per person
4. Cancellations of airline tickets are subject to the policies of each airline.
