1. If we do not receive any deposit to confirm the reservation, will not guarantee the reservation.
2. All cancellations must be sent by e-mail.
3. Penalty fees for cancellations will automatically be discounted from deposits.
- Cancellation prior 61 days: penalty of 30% of tour cost
- Cancellation prior 31 days: penalty of 50% of tour cost
- Cancellation prior 30 days: penalty of 100% of tour cost
4. Cancellations of airline tickets are subject to the policies of each airline.
