Las Sevillanas Garden House

A serene farm setting awaits you, just 25 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Quito. Located in a picturesque Andean mountain town named Alangasi, the farm is within a few minutes walk to a weekly morning market, fruit stands, and eateries in the very safe and friendly town.

There are 2 cottages available on the property and they each have slightly different furniture arrangements and beds. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms , 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, and a living room with fireplace. In addition, we have 6 suites. Each has a room with full bathroom and a small living room. Please contact us so that we can help you pick the right suite for your stay.

The Cafe Madrid is a lovely space shared by guests. It features a fireplace, dining room tables and full kitchen. It can be used to cook, relax by the fire and mingle with the other guests. It is also ideal for working or being on the computer, as the Cafe Madrid offers the strongest Wifi signal.

Adjacent to the main house you will find a solar-heated indoor pool, steam room which guests are welcome to use. We have a room of massages with previous reservation (extra cost). There is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and drying lines for your laundry needs.

The farm also features stunning views, including a very clear view of Cotopaxi, the world's highest active volcano. We live full-time on the property and really enjoy interacting with guests. From sharing a meal to helping you discover the area.

Alangasi is a small, safe and friendly town. Within a 5 minute walk from the farm you will easily find small markets and food vendors. You can also enjoy the bi-weekly morning market.

Alangasi is also a convenient headquarters for exploring other areas of Ecuador including, Papallacta Hot Springs, the Otavalo Market, Mitad del Mundo and much, much more. Buses are very easy to get in Alangasi and will take you almost anywhere. They run very consistently to Quito and the nearby towns. In town you can also easily get a taxi for a very reasonable price. If you give us your flight information, we will help arrange a driver for arrival and departure. They will be there when you land and easily bring you straight to the farm.
