Ecuador’s Ministry of Tourism has issued regulations governing guests’ medical information and conditions. We kindly ask you for your support in complying with these new rules, published in the Official Gazette under \u201cRegulations on Adventure Tourism Operations\u201d.<\/p>

Non-official translation from “Regulations on Adventure Tourism Operations:”<\/p>

Article 11. …”They refer to the minimum requirements to be met for proper attention to tourists and to ensure the provision of services under the law. These are the following: c) Waiver of Responsibility and Risk form as a qualifying document of the proof of purchase”\u2026<\/p>

Article 110: “Tourists performing adventure tourism modalities have the following obligations: … 12. Provide the agency or travel operator with the following personal information: First and last name(s) – Nationality – Date of birth – Identification document and\/or passport number – Blood type – Name and details of the person to contact in case of emergency \u2013 Information on medical insurance coverage, if applicable – medical conditions and allergies.”<\/p>

1.- All reservations must be requested by e-mail<\/p>

2.- To book, we need the following information of each passenger:<\/p>

  • Full Names<\/li>
  • Number of Passport<\/li>
  • Nationality<\/li>
  • Date of birth<\/li>
  • Blood type<\/li>
  • Dietary restrictions<\/li>
  • Medical conditions and allergies<\/li>
  • Information on medical insurance coverage<\/li>
  • Name and details of the person to contact in case of emergency<\/li><\/ul>
